Iostream still goes on, work on the album is going well, hope to be recording soon. Geoff is doing the designs for the album with input from both chris'. The cover will be available to view shortly.
Short notice perhaps, but Iostream are playing their second ever gig as predicted at the end of March in Witham tomorrow. We're not sure how we'll go down, but what the hell, they'll be drunk :D
An exciting milestone for iostream has been reached, with our first (admittedly short) live stage performance. Three of us (Donnelly, Hood, Smith) appeared in a Battle of the Bands contest (Costin having expressed his distaste for these proceedings). Although our music nonplussed some of the audience, notably the followers of 'Steel Toe Crap', we recieved favourable reviews from many of the other competing musicians, with our original number 'Torch' and a cover of Pink Floyd's 'Run Like Hell'. Our next performances will be approximately at the end of March, and early July. More may be added.
For those of you unacquainted with iostream, we are a four-man progressive rock band - guitar, bass, vocals, drums and synthesiser all represented. Original material is our focus, and this website will contain basic information and samples of our material and views. We are currently based in the Chelmsford area, in Essex, UK.
Work on Reflections proceeds slowly.
